  Absolute care and concern as well as professionalism from the first call! We called on Wednesday for an emergency service visit because our furnace was malfunctioning and not heating the house. Tim came out within the hour at 11 p.m. and worked to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately our old unit was 20+ years old and likely to cause more issues and cost if we simply repaired the sensor kit among other repairs. Tim was able to temporarily fix the unit so we had heat but advised us to contact someone in sales ASAP as there was no guarantee how long the temporary fix would last. We called the next morning as soon as the business opened and were set up with an appointment for the same day with Rick to discuss our options. Within an hour he was at our house and leading us in the right direction. He was honest and forthcoming with what we needed and what it could cost. We were put on the schedule for the very next day for our new Lennox High Efficiency furnace to be installed. Today right at 8 a.m. Casey and John arrived to do the install. They were very polite, efficient and explanatory with how the new unit works. They cleaned up after they were complete and left contact information should we have any questions or concerns. Currently the house is nice and warm and the new unit seems to be running quite well! Thank you to all the employees of Capital Heat that called us or who we spoke to when we called them that helped make a chaotic situation much easier to deal with. We're so thankful we have a working unit and we appreciate the care and concern we were shown as we quickly needed to get our heat back in working order. No one wants to spend the money on a new furnace, especially right after Christmas but the level of customer service we experienced made it that much easier to handle.
