I'm reviewing their walk-in nail trimming service only as it is the only service I've used so far. The staff is very friendly and great with dogs. They're able to take my dog as soon as we walk in. My dog gets very agitated when trying to clip his nails, and the staff are always gentle and soothing. They're very efficient and professional as well. The facilities are well-maintained and as clean as expected for a busy grooming business. Although I haven't needed them for anything more thus far, I will certainly think of them first when I do.
